AMENDMIENT TO SOUTH V�.r�T'ER STI2EET,LLC, PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipaI corporation ("City") and South <br /> Water Street, LLC ("DeveIoper") entered into a lease agreement ("Agreement") dated June 7, <br /> 2010 for parking spaces in Parking Garage C located at the northeast corner of Franklin and <br /> Wood Streets; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and Developer have increased the maximum allowable parking <br /> spaces purchased at a reduced rate from 135 to 145 parkinb spaces("Optian"); and, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the Gity and Developer agree as follows: <br /> 1. Upan approval from the City Couneil, the maximum atlowable parking spaces specified <br /> by paragraph I of the Agreement shall be increased to a maximum of I45. <br /> 2.
