RESOLUTION NO. Q O� — <br /> RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CRAWFORD,MURPHY & TILLY,INC. <br /> TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION PHASE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> THE MCHINLEY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-22 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement to provide construction <br /> phase engineering services for the McKinley Sewer Rehabilitation Project,presented to the <br /> Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof,between the City of Decatur and <br /> Crawford, Murphy&Tilly, Inc. be, and the same is hereby received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
