HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
<br /> Lock, Stock & Barrel, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", far itself and its
<br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers,
<br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may
<br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property
<br /> darnage, injury to, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connectian with the use
<br /> of City af Decatar property, 100 Block of South Oakland Avenue, for Lock, Stock&Barrel Bike
<br /> Night, the following date and time:
<br /> Thursday,June 20, 2019, S:QO p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
<br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers, agents, employees, and registrants.
<br /> Furtherrnore, the sponsoring agency agrees ta provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party
<br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence,
<br /> and $2,000,000 aggregate, for property darnage, and personal and bodily injury, including death.
<br /> If permission is granted for this event, evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an
<br /> amount not 1Qss than $1,000,000 per accurrence and aggregate must also be provided. The City
<br /> of Decatur, Illinois, must be named as additional insured on both policies for the duration of the
<br /> Event. Sponsoring agency's insurance will be primary.
