HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Decatur Area Arts Council, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, and its <br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees hartnless against any and all loss, darnage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of any suits,actions,or claims of any character braught on account of property <br /> damage, injury ta, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property for the Decatur Craft Beer Festival on the following date and time: <br /> Saturday,August 24, 2019 1:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. <br /> by the sponsaring agency, its officers, agents, etnployees, and registrants. <br /> Furtheimore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amaunt not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate,for property damage,and personal and bodily injury,including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
