City water is cun-ently available and connected to the subject property. <br /> This property is being annexed due to a water seivice agreement. <br /> The City recently sent out thirty(30)letters advising current water service agreement holders,who are adjacent to the City limits, <br /> to submit petitions to annex. There are cui�rently 527 properties outside the City limits with water service agreements.
