Upon <br /> the roll being called, Mayor Julie Moore Wolfe and the following Council Members were <br /> physically present at said location: �e.c:ct'�"u,r Ci v�c; CQ�'{"'�,(' „ Cauvr�c.;�, ChG�r►�j't� <br /> �� ��f '� ' �rl�'1'Sbvti �IQ� �Ur'P ^�--+.,+ . <br /> The following Council Members were allowed by a majority of the members of the Council <br /> in accordance with and to the extent allowed by rules adopted by the Council to attend the meeting <br /> by video or audio conference: <br /> No Council Member was not permitted to attend the meeting by video or audio conference. <br /> The following Council Members were absent and did not participate in the meeting in any <br /> manner or to any extent whatsoever: �y�1ti�,�hqv, p� <br /> The Council then discussed a proposed bond refunding for the City and considered an <br /> ordinance providing for the issuance of not to exceed $9,300,000 general obligation bonds of the <br /> City and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax for the payment of the principal <br /> and interest thereon.
