Section 7.02. All notices and communications to the Treasurer shall be addressed in writing <br /> to: City Treasurer, City of Decatur, 1 Gary K. All notices and communications to the Escrow Agent shall be addressed in <br /> writing to: Corporate Trust Department, U.S. Bank National Association, 10 W. Market Street, <br /> Suite 830, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. <br /> ARTICLE VIII <br /> TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> Section 8.01.
