It lists the � <br /> current prajects at the City with bid information including bid opening dates ar�d current bid <br /> holders. It is recommended that all Frospective Bidders check this Infarmation on the City's <br /> web site and at vvww.DecaturBlue.com far the status of the particular project they are interested � <br /> in bidding priar to turning in bids. <br /> The successful Bidder, upon award of a Contract, shall commence work on the date � <br /> specified in the "Notice to Praceed'°and shall substantially camplete all work in accardance with <br /> the tirne allocated in the contract. Should the Contractar fail to substantially complete all work � <br /> in the allatted time period, liquidated damages shall be assessed as outlined in the General <br /> Conditions. <br /> Attention of the bidders is directed to the arrangement and cantents of the contract � <br /> docurnents and Specifications with reference to �he projeet. One extra bid form is included, <br /> detached from the remainder of the contract docurnents.
