That upon the condition set forth below, the aforesaid M-2 Heavy Industrial <br /> District with a Conditional Use Permit be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and <br /> the future owner of the subject property be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the site plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit A <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> 1. The uses permitted for this site shall include industrial and commodity scrap <br /> processing and storage yards, offices, warehouses, and asphalt shingle recycling <br /> facility. <br /> 2. Final site,landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved <br /> by the Economic and Community Development Department, Public Works <br /> Department and the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br /> Section 5. That said M-2 Heavy Industrial District zoning with a Conditional Use Permit <br /> at the 2000 Block South of Imboden Court granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject to <br /> the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, the same being <br />
