Horve,requesting <br /> that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT SIXTY-SIX{66)OF WILCC?X WAYSIDE FARMS ADDITI{�N <br /> pIN#Q4-12-05-345-Q17 ' <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such terrztory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corparate limits of any city, viilage or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CZTY COUNCIL 4F THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
