O��'�� <br /> ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> 1658 COOPER DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit A,the petition under oath of Alyssa Bird, requesting that <br /> there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 8 OF COOPER'S 1 ST ADDITION <br /> PIN#07-07-28-329-006 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said � <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
