Margias,requesting <br /> that there be annexed to the �ity territory described as: <br /> LOT 3 C4()PER'S 1ST ADDITION <br /> PIN# 07-07-2$-330-001 <br /> WHEREAS, i# appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all la�d <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not vvithin the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT C}RDAII�tED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL t�F THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
