There will be a total of 34 vacant lots
remaining after bringing in the new homes and organic moves. This will put the number of homes in this community at 141.
The petitioner proposes to rezone the subject site from M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District to PMR-1 Park Mobile
Home Residence District in order to bring the existing mobile home park into conformance with the zoning regulations,as well as
to allow for an installation of a splash-pad and children's play area to serve the residents of the Decatur Estates Mobile Home
Park.
The subject site is located within a mixed-use area and rewning to PMR-1 Park Mobile Home Residence District should have
no adverse effect on the general area or the City as a whole.
POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No objectors spoke at the Plan Commission meeting.
INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES:
The petition has been reviewed by the City's Technical Review Committee;Plarming,Engineering and Fire.
STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional quesrions may be fonvarded to Joselyn Stewart(jstewart@decaturil.gov)or Ray Lai
(rlai@dec aturil.gov).
BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None
ATTACHMENTS:
Description Type
Ordinance (3rclitance
Supporting Documentation 1acl.caMaterial
