Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of July 11, 2019: <br /> Case No. 19-28 Petition of KAMAL H. SHAUBAYIB to rezone the property located at 3200 <br /> NORTH DELTA AVENUE from M-1 Intense Commercial—Light Industrial District to PMR-1 <br /> Park Mobile Home Residence District. Said �aremise is zoned M-1 Intense Commercial—Light <br /> Industrial District. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Brinkoetter/Cleven�er)to forward Case No. 19-28 to the City Council with <br /> a recommendation of approval as set forth in the,staff report. <br /> Mr. Dedert discussed and presented slides of the site and surrounding properties (available for viewing <br /> upon request) along with staff's recommendation for appr�val of the petition based on the staff report <br /> distributed to the Plan Commission prior to the meeting (staff report is on file and is available for <br /> reviewing by request). <br /> Ms. Valerie Wallace, representative for the petitioner, was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. <br /> Ms. Wallace stated they have a double-wide trailer that�hey want to move in the area and it is not zoned <br /> correctly. They are unable to utilize the area with the cibrrent zoning. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> Upon call of the roll,Commission members Tom Brinkoetter,Bill Clevenger,Jason Drake,Bruce Frantz, <br /> Terry Howley, Rick Johnson and Acting Chairman Susie Peck voted aye. Acting Chairman Peck <br /> declared the motion carried. <br />
