6. INELIGIBILITY. The followin� are ineli�ible for any license under this Chapter: <br /> �a) an�person whose felonv conviction will impair the person's abilitv to en�a�e <br /> in the licensed position; <br /> (b)any„person who is or has been a^professional �ambler or professional gambling <br /> promoter; <br /> (� anyperson who is not of good moral character; <br /> (d) any or�Lanization in which a person defined in (a), (b) or cZabove has a <br /> proprietary, equitable or credit interest, or in which such a person is active or <br /> employed; <br /> �e an ��or�anization in which a person defined in (�, (b or(c) above is an officer, <br /> director, or employee, whether compensated or not; and <br /> (f� anv or�anization in which a person defined in (a), (b) or (c) above is to <br /> participate in the mana�ement or operation of a raffle as defined in this Chapter. <br /> 7, CONDUCT OF RAFFLES. The conductin� of raffles is subject to the followin� <br /> restrictions: <br /> �,1 The entire net proceeds of any raffle must be exclusively devoted to the lawful <br /> nurposes of the organization permitted to conduct the raffle. <br /> (b) No person except a bona fide director, officer, emplovee, or member of the <br /> sponsorin�or�anization mav mana�e orpartici�ate in the mana e� ment of the raffle. <br /> (c No person ma ry eceive any remuneration orprofit for mana�in�or participating <br /> in the mana�ement of the raffle. Sponsorin�or�anizations may contract with third <br /> parties who, acting at the direction of and under the supervision of the sponsorin� <br /> or�anization, provide bona fide services to the sponsorin� or�anization in <br />
