Exhibit F <br /> E¢UAL EMPLOYMENT fJPPtJRTUNi'I'Y <br /> The Equa]Employment flppartunity Clause, effective Febzuary 9, I981, is included herein ' <br /> verbatim far this contract. <br /> In the event ofthe Contractor's nonccrrnpliance with the provisions of this Equal <br /> Employment CJppc�rtunity Clause,the Illinais Human Rights Act or the i��zles and <br /> Regulations ofthe Illinois Department ofHuman Rights("Llepartment"), the <br /> Contractor may �declared ineligi6le for fizture contracts or subcantracts with the <br /> State of Illinois or any of its political subdivisions or municipal corporations, and <br /> the contract may be canceled or voided in whoie ar in part, and such other <br /> sanctions or penalties may be imposed or remedies invaked as provided by statute <br /> or regulation. During the perfarmance af this contrac#,the Cantractor agrees as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) That it witl not discriminate against any emplayee or applicant for <br /> employment because of race,color,religion, sex, marital status, <br /> nationai origin or ancestry, age,physical or mental handicap unrelated <br /> to ability, or an unfavorable discharge from military service;and further <br /> that it wiil examine all job classifications to determine if minority <br /> persons or women are underutilized and will take appropriate <br /> affirmative action to rectify any such under utilization. <br /> {2} That, if it hires additional emptflyees in arder to perform this contract ar <br /> any partion thereof, it will determine the availability(in accordance <br /> wzth the Department's Ru1es and Regulatic�ns}of minorities and wamen <br /> in the area(s) frann which it may reasonably recruit and it will hire for <br /> each jc�b classificatian far which employees are hired in such a way tha# <br /> minarities and women are not underutilized: <br /> (3} That, in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by it or <br /> on its behalf, it will state that aIl applicants wilt be afforded equal <br /> oppartunity without discriminatian because of race, colar, religion, sex, <br /> marital status,national origin or ancestry, age,physical or mental <br /> handicap unrelated to abiiity, or an unfavorable discharge from military <br /> service. <br /> (4) That it will send to each labor organizatian or representative of workers with <br /> which it has or is bound by a collective bargaining or otber agreement or <br /> understanding, a notice advising such labor organization or representative of <br /> the Contractor's abtigations under the Illinois Human Righ#s Act and the <br /> Department`s Rules and Regulatians. Ifany such labor organization or <br /> representative faiis or refuses to coaperate with the Contractor in its efforts to <br /> comply with such Act and Rules and Regulations,the Cantractor will promptly <br /> so notify the Department and the contracting agency and will recruit employees <br /> from other sources when necessary to fulfill its obligations there under. <br /> (5} That it will submit reparts as required by the Department's Rules and <br /> Reguiatic�ns, fi�rnish ali relevant information as may from time to time <br /> be requested by the Department or the cantracting agency, and in all <br /> F-1 <br />
