ORDINANCE NO. t�IOI� - ��j�p <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> -CHAPTER 18 - <br /> -FINANCE DEPARTMENT - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 18 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by amending Section 4.(h). Said Section 4.(h) as so <br /> modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT DUTIES. The Finance Department shall:... <br /> (h)Purchase materials, equipment,and services in accordance with this City Code and the <br /> procedures, rules and regulations of the Department,provided that funds have been budgeted and <br /> are available for the purpose, and keep a record of all price quotations, bids and awards. <br />, (AMENDED, Ordinance No. 2003-47,July 21, 2003)... <br /> Section 2.
