Wilber and <br />� Christine R. Wilber,requesting that there be annexed to the City territary described as: <br /> LOT 2 AUSTIN SUBDIVISION <br /> PIN#07-07-33-302-005 <br /> WI3EREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> terrztory is contiguous to the City and nat within the corporate limits af any city, village ar <br /> incorporated town or ather municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, natice of intentian to take action far annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT 4RDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLTNOIS: <br /> Section 1.
