PIN# 04-12-06-476-010 I WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land i within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality, and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required.
