Bowling and�lora <br /> J. Bowling, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as. <br /> SOUTHERN MEADOWS ADDITI(.�N LOT 16. <br /> PIN# 17-12-34-205-002 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners af record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at ieast 5 I°lo af the electors residing therein, and tlaat said <br /> territory is contiguaus to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipatity, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention ta take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> 1^30W THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY CC?UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLIN4IS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Sectian 2. That said territory hereinabave described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein ox next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed t4 and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Iilxnois, a municipal corporatzon. <br /> Section 3.
