Ordinance Establishing a�a Ail Way Stop Intersection �t East Walnut Street <br /> and North Lowber Street, <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATIIJN: <br /> Staff recommends the approval of the attached Qrdinance establishing an all way stop <br /> intersection at the intersection of East Walnut Street and North Lawber Street. <br /> PRI(?R CU[JNCIL ACTIQN: <br /> There have been no prior Cauncil actions. <br /> BACKGRQUND: <br /> September 26,2019—Traffic&Parking�ommission approved a request from�ity staff <br /> recommending that an al] way stop at the intersection of East Walnut Street and Narth Lowber <br /> Street be established. <br /> A review of the traff c accident histozy at this intersection for the past three years found that <br /> there has been a higher than normal accident rate, <br /> The Traffic and Parking Coxnmission's minutes with the recommendation are attached for <br /> Council's review. <br /> SCHEDULE: Stop signs are typically installed within 14 days c�f approval. <br /> BUDGET AND ST�II+I+ING IMPLICATIUNS: <br /> Budget Impact.
