NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX <br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/7-1-13, <br /> notice is hereby given that the annexation of the surrounded territory described below is <br /> contemplated by the City Council of the City of Decatur,Illinois,and that they propose to consider <br /> and take action on an ordinance annexing such surrounded territory at a regular meeting of the <br /> Decatur City Council on December 16,2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers,#1 Gary <br /> K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> The territory under consideration consists of 4 tracts of property totaling approximately 2.3 <br /> acres and being more commonly known as 2275 Baker Lane(PIN 04-12-OS-305-015),2235 Baker <br /> Lane (PIN 04-12-OS-305-016), 3213 Sullivan Drive (PIN 04-12-OS-306-009), 2202 Baker Lane <br /> (PIN 04-12-OS-307-006), is wholly surrounded by the City of Decatur corporate boundaries, is <br /> situated in South Wheatland Township and is legally described as follows: <br /> Tract A <br /> Lot 63 Wilcox Wayside Farms Addition as per plat recorded in book 300 page 186 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Commonly known as 2275 Baker Lane, PIN <br /> 04-12-OS-305-015; and also, <br /> Tract B <br /> Lot 62 Wilcox Wayside Farms Addition as per plat recorded in book 300 page 186 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Commonly known as 2235 Baker Lane, PIN <br /> 04-12-OS-305-016; and also, <br /> Tract C <br /> Lot 21 Wilcox Wayside Farms Addition as per plat recorded in book 300 page 186 in the records <br /> of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois.
