FOR THE DEMOLITION OF VACANT <br /> RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS AT <br /> 305 BURTSCHI, 1544 N. COLLEGE, 2050 N. UNTON <br /> 421 S. MAFFIT AND 890 W. MARIETTA <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition af vacani residential <br /> dwellings at 305 Burtschi, 1544 N. College, 2050 N. Union, 421 S. Maffit and 890 W. Marietta, <br /> Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A,be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid af AJ's Custom Contracting, Inc. in the amount of$41,923 for all <br /> five (5)properties be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
