Park,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: TRACT 1: THE NORTH 5 ACRES OF THE EAST '/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST '/4 OF TI�E SOUTHEAST '/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH RANGE 2 EAST OF THE 3RD P.M., SITUATED IN MACON COUNTY TRACT 2: AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS &EGRESS ACROSS THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 190.85 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST '/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH RANGE 2 EAST OF THE 3RD P.M.,AS GRANTED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 1552 PAGE 430 AS DOCUMENT 817935,AND ALSO SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OF INGRESS & EGRESS OVER AND ALONG THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE NORTH 5 ACI�ES OF THE EAST HALF (1/2) OF THE SOUTHWEST '/a OF THE SOUTHEAST '/o.
