Loveail, Jr., <br /> requesting that there be annexed ta the City territory described as: <br /> L(�T 56 HLJSTON FOREST ACRES,AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300 PAGE 3S0 <br /> OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S tJFFICE OF MACON Ct3UNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> FIN# 07-07-32-430-004 <br /> WHER.EAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners af record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at ieast 5 l°lo af the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous ta the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incarporated tawn or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice af intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY CCIUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLiNUIS: <br /> Section I.
