Gaode,requesting <br /> that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 11 WILCOX WAYSIDE FARMS ADDITION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK <br /> 340 PAGE 18G OF THE RECORDS IN THE REeC}RDER'S OFFICE QF h�ACON CUUNTY, <br /> ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# p4-12-OS-302-002 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petitian is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51°lo of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguaus to the City an.d not within the corporate limits of any city, village ar <br /> inc+�rporated town or other rnunicipality, and, <br /> WHER.EAS, notice of intentian to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFQRE, BE IT ORDAINED, 85� THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> QF DECATUR, ILLINC3IS: <br /> Sectian 1. That said petition: and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabave described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Iliinais, a municipal corporation. <br />
