Ashenfelter and <br /> Sherilyn K. Holohan,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 60 HUST4N FOREST ACRES,AS PER PLAT RECOREDED IN BOOK 300 PAGE 350 <br /> OF THE RECORDS OF THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> PIN# 07-07-32-430-002 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
