Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Economic <br /> and Community Development Department,Public Warks Department and the Fire Department <br /> prior to building permits being released. <br /> 2. The existing sanitary sewer will need to be re-routed as necessary around the building. <br /> 3. IDOT approval and permit will be required for any modifications to Fairview Drive. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> According to section XIILF. of the Zoning Ordinance the Plan Commission shall review the <br /> application at a public hearing and will make findings concerning the consistency of the <br /> application with the Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance and other land development <br /> regulations. Based on the findings,the Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the City <br /> Council.
