That said petition and the requ�est thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretafore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
