That said petition and the request thereof be, and fihe same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> S�ction 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along wit�l all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annex�d, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
