Sloan and <br /> Deborah A. Sloan, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 52 WILCOX WAYSIDE FARMS ADDITION,AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK <br /> 300 PAGE 186 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, <br /> ILLINOIS <br /> P1N# 04-12-OS-304-010 <br /> VdHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next an�i actjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed ta and are incorporated into the limits of the City of D�catur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporatian. <br />
