Finke and <br /> Cynthia J. Finke,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 38 HUSTON FOREST ACRES, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300 PAGE 350 <br /> OF THE RECORDS 1N THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> PIN#07-07-32-435-003 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That �aid territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next �nd adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annex�d to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Iliinois, a municipal corpar�tion. <br />
