The remainder afthe berms wili thcn he canstructed concurrentl�during dredging operations,thus mifigating management and sfandby costs as much as passible. As in the past seasons the pro,Ject was shut down and secured fram late December until sarly spring with a planned April 25`dredging start. Dredging was c�elayed until June 4,2018 when the berm razsing fc�r Cell"D„was completed. This survey was required to assess the remaining cagacity remaini�ng in the OS$. �hastain was natified that we wt�uld be resurning dredging operations on ApriI 1,201fi,and that tlie srarvey of the OSB would need to be completed prior as atxr dredging would reintraduce water to the interiar of the C3S8. Apzil 1 arrived aud passed withc�ut Chastain perforn�ing the survey. Chas#sin's failure to perfor;n the survey prior to the start of the 2017 dredging season and t�Zerea£ter pressured us to per€ozrn a swrvey of c�ur own in August 2fl17 to prove that there was indeed a capacity issue with�e QSB. This required mobilization of a n�arsh buggy to dewa#er by move material around aud digging trenches for dewatering including shart term l�ire of a marsh buggy while GLDLl's was mobilizing to site.
