<br /> annexing certain surrounded territory lying within South Wheatland Township, the South
<br /> Wheatland Fire Protection District,the South Macon Public Library District and to the Corporate
<br /> Authorities of the County of Macon,Illinois, in compliance with the provisions of Section 5/7-1-
<br /> 1 et. se�c. of the Municipal Code of the Sta.te of Illinois,as amended(65 ILCS 5/7-1-1 et. se�c.}, by
<br /> sending notice by certified mail,postage paid,to each of the Board of South Wheatland Township
<br /> Trustees, the South Wheatland Township Supervisor, the South Wheatland Township Clerk and
<br /> the South Wheatland Township Commissioner of Highways,the Trustees of the South Wheatland
<br /> Fire Protection District, the Trustees of the South Macon Public Library District and the Board
<br /> Members of the Macon County,Illinois Board,as set forth below. All notices were mailed on the
<br /> 8th day of November,2019,by this Affiant,at Decatur,Illinois,being more than ten(10)days prior
<br /> to the time stated in said Notice as the time at which the City Council of the City of Decatur,
