<br /> Kelly Geisler states that she gave notice of the pending action to be taken on an Ordinance
<br /> annexing certain surrounded territory lying within Decatur Township, the Harristown Fire
<br /> Protection District, the Barclay Public Library District and to the Corporate Authorities of the
<br /> County of Macon, Illinois , in compliance with the provisions of Section 5/7-1-1 et. se�.., of the
<br /> Municipal Code af the State of Illinois,as amended(65 ILCS 5/7-1-1 et.seg.),by sending a notice
<br /> by certified mail, postage paid,to each of the Board of Decatur Township Trustees, the Decatur
<br /> Township Supervisor, the Decatur Township Clerk and the Decatur Township Commissioner of
<br /> Highways, the Trustees of the Harristown Fire Protection District, the Trustees of the Barclay
<br /> Public Library District and the Board Members of the Macon County, Illinois Board, as set forth
<br /> below. All notices were mailed on the 8�' day of November, 2019, by this Affiant, at Decatur,
<br /> Illinois, being more than ten{10) days prior to the time stated in said Notice as the time at which
<br /> the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois would take action on the proposed Ordinance
<br /> Annexing Surrounded Territory.
