<br /> annexing certain surrounded territory lying within South VJheatland Township, the South
<br /> Wheatland Fire Protection District, the South Macon Public Library District and to the Corporate
<br /> Authorities of the the County of Macon,Illinois,in compliance with the provisions af Section 5/7-
<br /> 1-1 et. se�c. of the Municipal Code of the State of Illinois, as amended(65 ILCS 5/7-1-1 et. se�,._),
<br /> by sending notice by certified mail, postage paid, to each of the Board of South Wheatland
<br /> Township Trustees, the South Wheatland Township Supervisor,the South Wheatland Township
<br /> Clerk and the South Wheatland Township Commissioner of Highways, the Trustees of the South
<br /> Wheatland Fire Protection District, the Trustees of the South Macon Public Library District and
<br /> the Board Members of the Macon County, Illinois Board, as set forth below. All notices were
<br /> mailed on the 8�'day of November, 2019,by this Affiant,at Decatur, Illinois,being more than ten
<br /> (10) days prior to the time stated in said Notice as the time at which the City Council of the City
