Heinkel, Dennis C. <br /> Heinkel, Sarah Burleton and Jacob Reed,requesting that there be annexed to the City territory <br /> described as: <br /> HANDY ACRES RESURVEY OF LOTS 15 & 16 OF VIRGINIA 2"D ADDITION LOT 6 <br /> PIN# 04-12-06-427-012 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
