Allison and Gloria J. <br /> Allison, Trustee of the Allison Trust and Patricia Ellis and Jeremy R. Ellis,requesting that there be <br /> annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> AUSTIN SUBDIVISION LOT 6,AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 1270 PAGE 02 OF <br /> THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> PIN#07-07-33-302-007 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51%of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
