RESOLUTION NO.6-}U-31u E_ '00 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY FOR A WATER MAIN <br /> CROSSING <br /> CITY PROJECT 2020-10 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for a Water Main Crossing,presented to the City Council <br /> herewith, as Exhibit 1 and made part hereof, between the City of Decatur and the Norfolk <br /> Southern Railway Company be, and the same hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
