ORDINANCE NO 14 3 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXPANSION TO PERMANENT EASEMENT <br /> TO AMEREN ILLINOIS COMPANY <br /> PIN: 04-12-14-302-010 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the grant of an expansion to permanent easement to Ameren Illinois <br /> Company presented to the City Council herewith and attached as Exhibit 1 and made a part <br /> hereof, for the following legal description be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> EASEMENT AREA: <br /> THAT PART OF LOT 1 OF THE ASSESSOR'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 8 OF THE WEST HALF OF <br /> THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 14,TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH,RANGE 2 EAST OF THE <br /> THIRD PRINICPAL MERIDIAN,AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 536 <br /> PAGE 242 IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS,DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF SAID ASSESSOR'S SUBDIVISION; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 28008'03" WEST ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1 AND BEING PARALLEL <br /> AND 100 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL <br /> RAILROAD, 137.71 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED <br /> TO THE CITY OF DECATUR BY TRUSTEE'S DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 2368 PAGE 411 IN <br /> SAID RECORDER'S OFFICE;THENCE SOUTH 88°17'57"WEST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID <br /> CITY OF DECATUR TRACT,29.39 FEET;THENCE NORTH 20°49'48"EAST ON A LINE 50 FEET <br /> NORTHWESTERLY OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE CENTERLINE OF AMEREN LINE 1416,A <br /> DISTANCE OF 129.28 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1;THENCE NORTH 88°14'32" <br /> EAST ON SAID NORTH LINE,48.36 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> SAID PARCEL CONTAINS 0.107 ACRES,MORE OR LESS. <br /> PIN 04-12-14-3 02-010 <br /> Section 2.
