That the grant of an expansion to permanent easement to Ameren Illinois <br /> Company presented to the City Council herewith and attached as Exhibit 1 and made a part <br /> hereof, for the following legal description be, and it is hereby,received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> EASEMENT AREA: <br /> THAT PART OF LOT 1 IN DECATUR VULCAN ADDITION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED <br /> IN BOOK 1832 PAGE 848 IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY,ILLINOIS, <br /> BEING A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 22,TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, <br /> RANGE 2 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN,MACON COUNTY,ILLINOIS, <br /> DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> BEGINNING AT AN IRON PIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 IN SAID DECATUR <br /> VULCAN ADDITION;THENCE NORTH 76°30'18"WEST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, <br /> A DISTANCE OF 42.99 FEET;THENCE NORTH 28°06"50"EAST ON A LINE 50 FEET <br /> NORTHWESTERLY OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE CENTERLINE OF AMEREN LINE 1416,A <br /> DISTANCE OF 307.18 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1;THENCE SOUTH 59°48'04" <br /> EAST ON SAID NORTH LINE,41.49 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT l; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 28005'17"WEST ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1,A DISTANCE OF 294.82 <br /> FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> SAID PARCEL CONTAINS 0.287 ACRES,MORE OR LESS,OF WHICH 0.020 ACRES HAS BEEN <br /> PREVIOUSLY PERMITTED FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES. <br /> PIN 04-12-22-253-003 <br /> Section 2.
