Appendix B <br /> City of Decatur FY2020-2022 CDBG/CDBG-CV Program <br /> Schedule for Reporting <br /> Programs that run through the 2020, 2021, and 2022 calendar year will submit program and <br /> financial reports on a monthly schedule. This includes grant reports and payments. Reports are <br /> due by the 15th of each month for the prior month. Payments are contingent upon completion <br /> of the environmental review, execution of the SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT, and receipt of <br /> program and financial reports, as well as source documents that substantiate CDBG-funded <br /> expenditures.
