NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS. Seller represents that Seller has been advised <br /> by City to consult an attorney prior to signing this Agreement and acknowledges <br /> that it has read and understands each and every part of this Agreement. <br /> 16. The warranties and agreements contained herein shall extend to and be obligated <br /> upon the heirs,executors, administrators,successors, and assigns of the parties <br /> hereto. <br /> 17. Seller acknowledges the City has inspected the property and is acquainted with the <br /> Condition thereof. <br /> 18. The following addendums and riders is/are attached hereto and made a part of this <br /> Contract: <br /> Disclosure of Information on Radon Hazards(required) <br /> Lead Based Paint Disclosure(required for homes built prior to 1978) <br /> Residential Real Property Disclosure Report(required) <br /> 19. At a prearranged time within two (2)business days,excluding Saturdays, Sundays <br /> and federal holidays,prior to date of settlement,the City shall have the right to <br /> inspect the premises and other property sold hereunder to determine that there has <br /> been no significant change in the condition of the property since the execution of this <br /> contract.
