That the Sponsored Research Agreement presented to the Council herewith as <br /> Exhibit A and made part hereof, between the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois,be,and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
