Accountable Executive will review and approve any changes,sign the revised Agency Safety Plan,and forward to <br /> the Decatur City Council for final review and approval. <br /> Along with annual updates,The City may update the plan if the City: <br /> • Determines its approach to mitigating safety deficiencies is ineffective; <br /> • Makes significant changes to service delivery; <br /> • Introduces new processes or procedures that may impact safety; <br /> • Changes or re-prioritizes resources available to support Safety Management Systems and the Public <br /> Transportation Agency Safety Plan; <br /> • Changes are made to facilities, equipment or rolling stock with a potential to safety; <br /> • A change in contractors; and/or <br /> • Significant changes to the City's organizational structure <br /> Section 3.
