MV provides dispatch, transportation, and • operations management for Fairfield and Suisun Transit (FAST), while the client • maintains its 74-vehicle fleet. FAST comprises the following service modes: • Local fixed route service, which operates within the Cities of Key Management Personnel • Fairfield and Suisun; • 0 General Manager Express Inter-City routes, which IS Operations Manager connect passengers in Fairfield IS Safety and Training'Manager and Suisun to the Cities of Vallejo, Degree of Participation Vacaville, and Benicia and the EI All key personnel and staff are 100 • Cerrito Del Norte, Pleasant Hill, percent dedicated to this service. • and Walnut Creek BART stations; • and • DART ADA paratransit service, which serves the Cities of Fairfield and Suisun, and key locations in Vacaville, is available to qualified persons with disabilities who cannot use the fixed- route services. MV uses Trapeze FX for fixed route run cutting and the NextBus system to monitor vehicle location and on-time performance. MV uses the Trapeze system for dispatching, scheduling, and reservations for the DART service and • communicates with operators in service through Mentor Ranger mobile data terminals. MV uses its proprietary Smart Alert Messenger tool for dispatching all service modes.
