Over 200 <br /> employees in centralized corporate departments <br /> (operations, maintenance, information technology, ' <br /> safety, risk management, insurance, human resources, <br /> payroll, accounting, and legal) provide support services <br /> • to MV's local teams. This approach reduces costs and <br /> • improves flexibility to support local operations, based <br /> on the location's specific needs. <br /> Regional Vice President of Operations Lisa Kelliher <br /> leads MV's support team for the Decatur Public Transit <br /> System. She is the City's executive-level contact and is on-site quarterly to assist <br /> and guide the local team. <br /> Lisa oversees a regional team comprising cross-functional experts who monitor <br /> their area of operations and periodically visit the local managers to support <br /> service quality and stability. <br /> Corporate and Regional Organization and <br /> Support <br /> MV Transportation, Inc. is a C corporation that was incorporated in the State of <br /> California in 1978. The firm is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, where MV's <br /> executive team is based and all company human resources, public relations, <br /> legal, and IT departments.
