Before joining MV, Lisa <br /> • served as Vice President of Service Delivery for Modis, a$1 B division of Adecco, <br /> providing IT managed services, application development, project management, <br /> global service desk, and call center services. <br /> Chris C. Leighty, Director of Safety <br /> Mr. Chris C. Leighty brings nearly three decades of safety <br /> • experience to MV's safety team. His focus on passenger <br /> safety and regulatory compliance ensure the success of <br /> MV's operations in his region. <br /> Chris is adept at identifying opportunities for improvement <br /> in safety performance by applying best practices and <br /> training. As a former vehicle operator, road supervisor, <br /> and dispatcher, he understands safety at every level of <br /> • the operation. <br /> Before joining MV, Chris served as senior director of safety and training for Ride <br /> Right LLC. He guided local managers and teams in safety and training. He also <br /> performed audits in safety, security, drug and alcohol, and ADA compliance. <br /> Prior to that, Chris served as a transportation manager for the Interurban Transit <br /> Partnership (The Rapid) in Grand Rapids, Ml. He began his career in <br /> transportation as a vehicle operator with the Rapid. Throughout his 21-year <br /> tenure with this agency, he served in several supervisory roles. <br /> Chris holds several safety certifications from the USDOT and Transit Safety <br /> Institute.
