<br /> Kelly Geisler states that she gave notice of the pending action to be taken on an Ordinance
<br /> annexing certain surrounded territory lying within Hickory Point Township,the Hickory Point Fire
<br /> Protection District, the Barclay Public Library District and to the Corporate Authorities of the
<br /> County of Macon, Illinois, in compliance with the provisions of Section 5/7-1-1 et. §M. of the
<br /> Municipal Code of the State of Illinois,as amended(65 ILCS 5/7-1-1 et.sem,.),by sending a notice
<br /> by certified mail, postage paid, to each of the Board of Hickory Point Township Trustees, the
<br /> Hickory Point Township Supervisor, the Hickory Point Township Clerk and the Hickory Point
<br /> Township Commissioner of Highways,the Trustees of the Hickory Point Fire Protection District,
<br /> the Trustees of the Barclay Pubic Library District and the Board Members of the Macon County,
<br /> Illinois Board,as set forth below. All notices were mailed on the 19th day of November,2020,by
<br /> this Affiant, at Decatur, Illinois, being more than ten (10) days prior to the time stated in said
<br /> Notice as the time at which the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois would take action on
<br /> the proposed Ordinance Annexing Surrounded Territory.
