RESOLUTION NO. Q-*i — 0 7 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TWO YEAR AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE MACON COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br /> FOR LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED CONSERVATION SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made <br /> part hereof, between the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation District and the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois,be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be,and they are hereby,authorized and directed <br /> to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Macon County Soil and <br /> Water Conservation District for a cost not to exceed$423,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2021. <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �IVY1 <br /> Kim Althoff, City Clerk <br />
